Wissenschaftlicher Rat
Der wissenschaftliche Rat des Instituts für Recht – das ständig wirkende gewähltes Gremium, die Allgemeine Leitung der Tätigkeit der Institute, Lehrstühle und sonstigen Struktureinheiten, die den Grundsatz der Selbstverwaltung im Rahmen der erbrachten für das Institut und seine akademischen Rat der Behörde.
Zu den Kompetenzen des Wissenschaftlichen Rates gehören:
- Entwicklung und Präsentation zur Genehmigung des wissenschaftlichen Rates BASHGU des Instituts Entwicklungsprogramms.
- Prüfung und Genehmigung des wissenschaftlichen Rates BASHGU der Projekte der grundlegenden Lehrpläne.
- Die Betrachtung der Projekte der Arbeitslehrpläne.
- Vorläufige Prüfung und Empfehlung der Kandidaten für die Positionen des Leiters des Instituts, der Leiter der Abteilungen.
- Genehmigung des Arbeitsplans des Instituts für das nächste Jahr.
- Koordinierung der Arbeit zur Verbesserung der lehr-und methodischen und Forschungsarbeit.
- Systematische Analyse von Informationen über die Qualität der Ausbildung, Verallgemeinerung und Verbreitung von Erfahrungen von Innovationen auf dem Gebiet der Organisation des Lernprozesses.

- Auswahlverfahren die Personen, die für die Tätigkeit als Assistent des Lehrers, leitender Dozent, Dozent des Instituts.
- Nominierung für die Wahl des Professors des Instituts.
- Anhörung der Jahresberichte des Institutsdirektors, der Leiter der Abteilungen und der Leiter der Strukturabteilungen.
- Entscheidungsfindung in Fragen, die der Zuständigkeit des wissenschaftlichen Rates des Instituts für Recht zugeordnet sind.
