Conseil scientifique
Le conseil scientifique de l'Institut de droit est un organe représentatif élu permanent qui exerce la direction générale des activités de l'institut, des chaires et d'autres unités structurelles, assurant le principe d'autonomie dans le cadre des pouvoirs conférés à l'institut et à son conseil scientifique.
Les compétences du conseil Scientifique comprennent:
- Développement et présentation pour approbation du conseil scientifique du programme de développement de l'institut Bashgu.
- Examen et approbation par le conseil scientifique du Bashgu des projets de programmes d'études de base.
- Examen des projets de programmes de travail.
- Examen préliminaire et recommandation des candidatures aux postes de chef de l'institut, chefs de département.
- Approbation du plan de travail de l'institut pour l'année suivante.
- Coordonner les travaux visant à améliorer les travaux de formation, de méthodologie et de recherche.
- Analyse systématique des informations sur la qualité de l'apprentissage, synthèse et diffusion de l'expérience des innovations dans le domaine de l'organisation du processus d'apprentissage.

- Sélection concurrentielle des personnes qui postulent au poste d'Assistant, d'enseignant, d'enseignant principal, de professeur associé de l'institut.
- Présentation de candidatures aux postes de professeur de l'institut.
- Audition des rapports annuels du directeur de l'institut, des chefs de département et des chefs des unités structurelles.
- Prise de décisions sur les questions relevant de la compétence du conseil scientifique de l'Institut de droit.
