The Department of Theory of State and Law, established in 1973, provides the general theoretical and methodological unity of the implementation of educational activities in the teaching of legal disciplines.
The Department maintains close contacts with the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Secretariat of the State Assembly – Kurultai of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Ufa LLC, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Ministry of Industry and Innovation Policy of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Guild of Russian Lawyers for the Republic of Bashkortostan, the State Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan for Justice, the Republican State Autonomous Institution "Multifunctional Center for Providing State and Municipal Services", the State State Institution " Republican Center for Social Support of the Population», The Commissioner for the Rights of the Child in the Republic of Bashkortostan, etc.
Graduates of the department work in various positions in the Administration of the Head of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Belarus, federal structures, ministries and departments, local self-government bodies.
