The training is conducted in the direction of "Jurisprudence", which trains highly qualified lawyers in three profiles: criminal, civil, state and legal.

In accordance with Article 96 of the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation", professional and public accreditation of the main professional educational programs is the recognition of the quality and level of training of graduates who have mastered such educational programs in a particular organization engaged in educational activities that meet the requirements of professional standards, the requirements of the labor market for specialists, workers and employees of the relevant profile.

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of May 26, 2009 No. 599 "On measures to improve higher legal education in the Russian Federation", this accreditation is entrusted to the Association of Lawyers of Russia.

By the decision of the Commission of the Association of Lawyers of Russia on Legal Education of November 18, 2018, Bashkir State University was issued a Certificate of professional and public accreditation of higher education training areas "Jurisprudence".

The training process consists of installation review sessions; self-preparation and certification activities (test and examination sessions).
This form of training is maximally aimed at meeting the need for legal education of those who are constantly busy at work.
Test and examination sessions are held twice a year, usually no more than 20 days each. Within the framework of these sessions, students receive a large amount of knowledge, skills, and skills in the subjects in the most concentrated form, confirming their level of mastering the discipline during the intermediate certification (in the form of a test or exam).

Accelerated form of training (SPO, VO)

For the purpose of accelerated learning (if, for example, the student has outstanding abilities and (or) an appropriate level of development that allows them to master the educational program in a shorter period of time) The BashSU Institute of Law provides students with the opportunity to study according to an individual curriculum.

An individual curriculum is a curriculum that provides the development of an educational program based on the individualization of its content, taking into account the characteristics and educational needs of a particular student.
