The Institute of Law has been publishing the scientific and legal journal "The Legal State: Theory and Practice"since 2005. The journal is included in the list of journals recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science, is indexed in the RSCI , assigns DOI and is placed in the databases Google Scholar, Cyberleninka.

The publication highlights the problems of the formation of the rule of law and civil society. The journal is published once a quarter, and special issues on the legal regulation of genetic research and the digital environment are also published.
The members of the editorial Board are reputable domestic and foreign scientists.

The online publication "Bulletin of the Institute of Law of the Bashkir State University" has been published since 2018, is indexed in the RSCI and assigns a DOI. It publishes original scientific articles by leading scientists in the field of jurisprudence, including teachers of the Institute of Law of the Bashkir State University on topical issues of all branches of domestic and international law, the practical activities of law enforcement agencies and the court.

The purpose of the journal is to form a unified scientific space, to exchange the results of scientific achievements in the field of jurisprudence and law enforcement practice.

Issues of the journal are formed based on the results of individual scientific work on the chosen topic of students and are devoted to topical issues of public and private law. The editorial board has an important task: to provide young scientists and students with a platform for publishing works of a decent scientific level and, thus, to expand the opportunities to convey the ideas of young specialists to the widest possible range of readers. The journal will be of interest to all readers interested in legal issues.

The journal is published with the support of the Council of Young Lawyers of the Bashkortostan branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia.

The editorial board of the publication" Bulletin of Magistracy " considers previously unpublished author's materials in the form of original, problematic and debatable articles, scientific results of research conducted, including in the framework of preparing master's theses.

The collection publishes original articles that are new, relevant, contain reasoned conclusions and other research results that meet the requirements for registration. The editorial board accepts articles for publication in Russian and English.
