Der Lehrstuhl für Staatsrecht, der 1982 gegründet wurde, stellt den Lehrprozess nach dem öffentlich-rechtlichen Profil zur Verfügung. Sie bereitet Fachkräfte für die Arbeit in staatlichen und kommunalen Gremien vor.
Die Studenten werden praktiziert und anschließend erfolgreich in öffentlichen Behörden eingesetzt. Unter unseren Absolventen Mitarbeiter der Staatlichen Versammlung – Kurultai RB, Zentrale Wahlkommission RB, das Verfassungsgericht RB, verschiedene Ministerien und staatlichen Komitees. Viele Studenten halten Positionen des kommunalen Dienstes, sind in lokalen Regierungen beschäftigt. Diese Organisationen und Institutionen sind auch Plattformen für die Durchführung der Praxis für den Erwerb von primären beruflichen Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten von Studenten des Instituts
Große Aufmerksamkeit wird der wissenschaftlichen und Forschungsarbeit der Studenten geschenkt, die in verschiedenen Formen durchgeführt wird: Olympiaden, Kreise, Wettbewerbe usw.
